Fight depression with the right diet

When talking about depression, the first option of many people today is talking anti-depressants and other medications which can improve their condition. However, these medicines may sometimes not work or even give adverse effects. Treating depression can actually start with a perfect diet that is specially meant for this condition.
If you think that you have depression, stop eating junk foods. Not only that it can give you more pounds but it can also decrease your brain’s function and deregulates your neurotransmitters. The latter is responsible for your reactions and your behaviors.
Some of the foods that you must eat includes foods that are rich in carbohydrates, essentials fats such ass Omega-3, foods that have amino acid tryptophan (this includes turkey, chicken, peas, and fish),  and even garlic.
These foods must be included in your anti-depressant meal/diet so you can get back to your old self in no time!
